Although we've tried to accurately display the colors of our foundations and concealers on www.epilynx.com, we understand that it may be difficult to color match these products online. We plan to start offering free foundation samples in the near future.
To start a refund process for the products listed above, please contact our customer service team by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only refund damaged goods with a proof of an image. We’ll refund, to the original form of payment, the price of the applicable product plus any applicable taxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued.
We are a small business and do everything possible to keep our prices as low as we possibly can in order to be affordable and accessible to everyone who needs our products. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note: your right of cancellation will not apply to products which are unsealed and which will not be suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
